Mr. Nguyen is the founder of Anvil Advisors and Managing Partner responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business. Prior to Anvil, he spent over 15 years as an investment banker, initially at JP Morgan where he rose to become head of Investor Derivatives Marketing in New York and Equity Derivatives Marketing in Hong Kong, then Wasserstein Perella where he was head of Equity Private Placements in San Francisco, and most recently at Houlihan Lokey where he was head of Technology Investment Banking on the East Coast and a leader in its valuation practice. Mr. Nguyen holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson School, UCLA and a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Petrucci is a Senior Advisor to Anvil. She is a Certified Public Accountant and assists on FASB-compliant assignments including ASC 805 (business combinations) and ASC 718 (stock option expensing) and heads the Anvil EQ product group. She began her professional career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen and has experience in insurance, media and entertainment, manufacturing and real estate. She was recently Controller for several New York-based technology companies that were acquired by Symantec and TIBCO. Ms. Petrucci holds a B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College.

Mr. Ho joined the firm in 2008 and is currently an Associate working on Anvil EQ and select valuation engagements. Prior to Anvil, he was a Co-Founder of Miss Nev, an e-commerce startup focused on local markets, and a financial analyst in NYSE Euronext’s Strategic Finance Group. Mr. Ho holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Stern School, New York University.

Mr. Teller joined Anvil in 2014 as a Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. Prior to joining Anvil, he was an Associate with MARV Capital.

Mr. Roberson joined Anvil in 2015 as a Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Stern School, New York University.

Mr. Farrell joined Anvil in 2014 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to Anvil, he worked at Promus Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.

Mr. Ulaj joined Anvil in 2014 as a Financial Analyst. Prior to Anvil, he worked at Shelby.tv (before its acquisition by Samsung). He holds a Bachelor or Science in Business Management from Babson College.

Mr. Bonder joined Anvil in 2008 and is currently an Advisor assisting on the firm’s assignments in the New Media sector. He is currently Vice President of Product Innovation at VivaKi, part of the Publicis Groupe (ENXTPA:PUB) and a co-founder of Finch15, a digital consulting company. He holds a B.S. in Finance (Summa Cum Laude) from the Stern School, New York University.

Mr. Bocresion is a Senior Advisor to Anvil and assists on the firm’s assignments in the Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT), Industrial and Chemical sectors. Over an investment banking career spanning 15 years, he has advised clients on more than 35 transactions with aggregate value in excess of $50 billion (TotalFina, Raytheon, Church & Dwight, Dow Chemical, among others). Mr. Bocresion was recently a Managing Director at Atlas Strategic Advisors. Prior to that, he was a Director and Vice President at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan in New York and London. Mr. Bocresion holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mr. Daniel is a Senior Advisor to Anvil and assists on the firm’s assignments in the Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT) sector. Prior to Anvil, he was a Managing Director and Head of Wachovia Securities’ Semiconductor Investment Banking group based in San Francisco a Vice President in JP Morgan’s Technology and Natural Resources groups based in New York. Mr. Daniel holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and is based in San Francisco.

 

Mr. Morrissey is a Senior Advisor to Anvil and assists with the firm’s clients on the West Coast. He was recently Managing Director at Hambrecht & Co. working with clients interested in the OpenIPO process. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella and First Boston. Mr. Morrissey began his professional career working for Angelo Gordon as a portfolio manager. He holds a J.D. from the Gould School of Law, University of Southern California and is a member of the California Bar.
